I’ve owned this domain for a long time now, since 2001 I believe. Since then I’ve used the domain for a million different sites and to my surprise I’ve received a few e-mails lately asking me about the old versions of subnixus.
Mainly people were searching for old articles I had wrote. In late 2005 and early 2006, subnixus focused on ways bloggers could earn money with their blogs. There were probably around 100 articles on the site at the time that I decided to stop updating. Unfortunately, I didn’t bother to save the articles or create a back-up. However, archive.org did make a copy.
So, instead of e-mailing me asking about an old article, check out archive.org’s copy of subnixus.
Another thing, WordPress themes. Most of the people who have e-mailed me were looking for old themes I had created for WordPress. I don’t have a copy of them anymore and I don’t know anyone who does. I’ve been told that they can be found on WordPress theme sites, but I haven’t personally checked. I no longer support these themes, because they were made for WordPress 1.5, which is no longer used.
Anyway, I hope this answered a few questions that people may have been having.
